From Enquiry to Booking: The Steps to Secure Your Wedding Photography.

If the enquiry has been made over social media, I will ask for your email address and continue communication through email.
In your initial enquiry please include your:
Wedding date
Ceremony location
Reception location
I will reply letting you know if I am available on your date or not.
If I am available, I will send you a link with pricing information.
If pricing suits your budget and you would like to see some full day galleries please let me know. These will give you an idea what you would receive after your wedding.
While social media is great for viewing wedding highlights, it doesn't provide a complete picture of the photographs you'll receive from your big day.
I will send relevant galleries based on the time of year and venue of your wedding.
For instance, the lighting varies between summer and winter weddings.
Review the galleries, and if you can envision your day captured in this style, please get in touch for booking information.
I will request contact information and a £300 booking fee, payable by bank transfer, to secure your date. This payment will be deducted from your final fee.
Please note, your date is not reserved until a booking fee is paid.
Once I have received your booking fee and contact information, I will send over a receipt, confirming your booking!
If you need assistance with timings or supplier recommendations for your day, I will be happy to help with that at this stage.
I'll reach out to you six weeks before your big day to discuss all your timings and photo requirements.
